Registration Dates and method
- Early registration :
Until July 20, 2014extended to July 31, 2014. - Late registration : From August 1, 2014 until August 25, 2014.
- MASCOTS 2014 prefers that participants register through the online registration system, which accepts Master card and Visa card.
- Registration will be closed at 0:00 AM, August 25th. Please make sure to complete payment before the deadline.
What’s included in registration
- Full Conference Registration includes access to 3-day conference, Keynotes (except tutorials), lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, and the e-proceedings in a USB stick.
- Student Conference Registration includes access to 3-day conference, Keynotes (except tutorials), lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, and the e-proceedings in a USB stick.
- IEEE members are requested to provide a valid IEEE id.
- Students are requested to present a valid student ID from a tertiary academic institution upon collection of their conference kit on site.
Tutorials
- MASCOTS 2014 will feature two (2) half-day tutorial sessions. MASCOTS 2014 participants should register to attend tutorials. They will receive a Tutorial Entry Pass (ticket) upon collection of their conference kit on site.
- Tutorial registration is done by email to: soror DOT sahri AT parisdescartes DOT fr , on August 15th, 2014.
- Non MASCOTS 2014 participants may also register to attend tutorials.
Extra banquet
MASCOTS 2014 provides an option to purchase an extra ticket for the banquet [€80].

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests received on or before August 30, 2014 will be subject to an administrative processing fee (necessary cost incurred by banking systems). Cancellations after August 30, 2014 will not be refunded. Alternatively, if you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred to a colleague.
